Missing parcel

I am writing to express my concern regarding my parcel that was collected from my place on the 29th November 2025 by one of your driver and he didn't give anything , actually he took advantage that it might be my first time returning a parcel

I tried countless times to contact your contact customer service however they seem not willing to help they make me hold until the line cut off and it is not fair I can not lose a sneakers that cost R2599 and no one wants to account or help it's been over a month trying to get help .

I would appreciate your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
