Missing parcel and no effort in following up!!
I'm so disappointed in RAM couriers! The service was always good but last year August a parcel that they collected (new contract that I have cancelled) never reached Vodacom (that is what vodacom is saying) I have been phoning RAM since last year and all I got back was empty promises. I gave them all the details I have on the parcel as well as the drivers name but they don't even make effort to follow up or get back to you. Now I must pay for a contract for 2 years that I don't even have. Definitely will not want to make use of their service ever again.
