Missing parcel
My parcel is missing. It was collected on the 11th it August. I have emailed on 2 occasions with non response. I can not get thru on the line. Can someone please assist?

Thank you for reaching out to Ram Hand to Hand Couriers. The parcel was involved in a Hijacking that took place on the 17th August 2023 in Umtata, unfortunately because there is no liability on our cash client's we cannot assist with insurance and replacement of the order.

I was asked, after it was picked up what's inside.
I did not clarify the items, for it was a surprise parcel from my husband and I found it very odd. Since I booked it online and have never had such an issue before.
3 weeks ago my husband sent a parcel to CPT. The driver placed it in the packet with his details in frony of him and left. The receiving company called him saying there was a different item inside.
Someone had opened up the package and put it into a new bag and made an error.
On 2 occasions we have had parcel issues. One swopped out at the depot and one missing.
Ram has a serious security breach within.
I know it's not your fault.
Thank you for assisting, but we will never use Ram servises again.
The email that I received after my parcel was collected had 2 people cc'd to it.
Do what you want with the info.
