Missing parcel
I am extremely disappointed in RAM Courier services. My parcel was handed to RAM for delivery in October by DHL. I still today haven't received my parcel. And I've been calling and emailing but still nothing. Tracker has not been updated and is now dead. I've communicated numerous times with DHL and DHL had been contacting RAM and being passed on from the one person to the next, with no solution or outcome. I've expected so much more, as I feel the level of professionalism is extremely poor.
