Missing Jordans Grey: Bash online puchase: Ram Couriers

Tracking nr B***3-01 , customer bash, waybill number for ram couriers COL1T***4. 1 package included both jordan sneakers same size too small. Jordens Red for refunded on system. Jordans grey missing. Maintenance bash says they never received it. Both items were accepted and approved through the help services on bash online to return the items. Amount paid R2799.99 paid for sneakers thats missing. Warehouse says they didnt received it.. i have all emails and msgs with regards to the puchase and delivery. This means we cannot trust a delivery service to purchase online.
