Missing Item: It simply disappeared!

I recently had a disappointing experience with RAM Couriers, which has led me to reconsider using their services. Our package, containing a riempie stool, was not delivered at all. Instead an entirely different box that did not contain the item was delivered to my client. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with RAM, the original item has not been found, and the claim process has been frustratingly slow and uncertain. This is not the first time we've encountered issues with RAM; the first incident involved a delayed Christmas package that arrived two weeks late. Given these repeated poor experiences, I can no longer trust RAM for timely and accurate deliveries. I strongly advise others to consider alternative couriers and to think twice before using RAM for their shipping needs.
