Missing delivery

My parcel shows that it was delivered and signed by me and I never received it. It even shows that it was signed by me. Why lie when the driver never even made contact with me Calling the agents did not even help because they just say that it was signed for by my mother. How can someone sign with my name? I'm utterly disappointed in the service because I paid alot of money for the goods to just disappear like that
