Missed call and they gave up on me

Hi so i gave them an address unfortunately I could not draw a picture for them , to be delivered at a restaurant in a open complex not difficult to miss how much more information must you give? So they could not find the address, they tried to call me I missed the call and that was it no call back good bye my parcel probably lost by now and will never receive it casue no matter how much i tell them of my concern i dont get any reasurance that i will infact recive my parcel.contacted the office spoke to a very nice lady who tried to arrange the send it the next day. Let's see.

Please if some misses a call try again I was on my way to awnser the phone it was dropped as I awnsered . Train your staff you have my parcel.

Funny thing is I see a ram truck deliver nearly every day in the shopping complex I'm situated in , so don't tell me you don't know where Zambezi Junction Montana Park is.
