Misrepresentation of services

I paid almost R500 for a parcel to be delivered from Malmesbury WC to Roodepoort Gauteng. Their website claims collection before 17:00 (which didn't happen - it was well after 18:00 before they arrived) and delivered NEXT day before 17:00. We discovered it hadn't even made it onto the plane from CT before 17:00 of the day it was supposed to have been delivered! So instead of arriving the NEXT day, it is now the second day after pick up and greatly inconveniencing the recipient of the parcel. First and very LAST time I use Ram couriers.
