Misleading, time wasters with no customer service.

I have been waiting for my parcel for more than 3 weeks. Last week Tuesday ram sent a message that my parcel was out for delivery to my address, I waited the wholeday. Then at 4pm the tracking site had " no delivery -wrong address" this happened until Thursday. Everyday for 3days I would receive a message, then at the end of the day their site would updated with false information. The driver has not been to my address and I have lost 3days of work because I was waiting for my delivery.

For those from Wednesday last week till Wednesday (20 May)this week I've been calling the customer service, I don't know how many emails I've left but no response. Until someone else Called on my behalf and they promised to deliver by end of day tomorrow.

I am just tired of the misinformation on the tracking site, there are claimes that my phone rang to voicemail when there has not been any incoming calls from Ram. I am behind my work and that parcel is a big part of it.

Ram is only 25minutes from my house I don't understand why it's taking this long. I'm honestly fedup with this poor service.
