Mis-communication

I was called w.r.t my parcel (K ********** ) on Monday, on my wife's phone. We informed them that we'll only be available on friday, as my wife and I was both unavailable for the next couple of days.

Yet, on Tuesday they went out for delivery. I send them a message (369643) to please call on my phone, as my wife is unavailable. A message was returned to say that it will be updated accordingly.

On Wednesday the parcel went out for delivery AGAIN. On review of the parcel tracking, it says that they tried to contact the client but couldn't get ahold of her (obviously my wife's number). I sent another message (370158) pointing out that we arranged for Friday, and that I requested that they contact on MY phone. Once again I was informed that the message was relayed.

I was at home then on Thursday and Friday, yet - no delivery. No contact. Nothing.

Today, Tuesday, I see that the parcel was returned to Vodacom. What's the use of arrangements if it's not kept? What's the use of the message system if messages are ignored? This was VERY POORLY done!

Good day

I will look into this matter and will revert as this is unacceptable. I am also trying to get the parcel back from Vodacom to deliver same day to you today.

Please accept my sincere apologies and can assure you staff will be disciplined accordingly.

Kind Regards
