MEDIOCRE SERVICE!!!!!!

I had been waiting for my package for a week with no communication from service Ram. The driver claims to have contacted me a n f my phone went on voice mail. I had not received any missed all nor messages relate to Ram contacting me. The driver had so much attitude towards the person they hard found at my apartment. He claims Ram doesn't entertain customers with no direction. I had no knowledge of then coming to deliver the package. He proudly told my sister that he will deliver at his own time and since it's Friday, he does as he pleases. Now if this is the services given to their paying customers I have to expose such. The 2nd consultsl I spoke with to try and get my package delivered had attitude. He told me Ram had nothing to do with my package being delivered at the time it was delivered, he then realized they have the wrong number and contacted the wrong person. They are still not apologetic and haven't not given a way forward for me to retrieve my packages.
