Mediocre delivery service
I have been waiting for my order since Monday the 17th of December 2019. I've been calling RAM to enquire about my parcel but I don't get help either with the EDT or any helpful information and the consultant said the delivery people will call 30mins before delivery but that didn't happen. The delivery people didn't call but when I track it online it displays that "they've called and no one answered" which is a lie. I'm so disappointed with this mediocre customer service from Ram.
