Management feeling a feather for clients.

I have been on the phone the whole day with ram.

I have requested to speak to Ms Lulu Pretorius who is the Vodacom account manager, every time I ask to speak to her a email is send to her when I ask for her email address it's refused. After leaving a message for her I was called by a normal call centre agent the rudest person alive, she speaks over a person and make it out that Vodacom is lying that they gave the parcel to ram, after losing my temper and telling her to find the parcel I get told not to scream at her.

I then asked for the email address of mr David or mr Graham Lazarus email address to tell them how their staff to do what Thandi did and was refused by Xavier to get anyone's email address to report Thandi, and was told to lodge a complaint on hello Peter so here I am

At least Xavier is willing to search for the parcel, even though I don't understand what a parcel is doing on a linehaul.
