Management cant arrange a simple collection & delivery - Pathetic

After having MULTIPLE problems with RAM when booking a collection with their call centre, i booked a collection with head office & management the parcel was delivered to a company with a similar name AND i have to go collect the parcel

absolutely unprofessional service and complete lack of ability to deliver something so basic.

i have to find out from the person from where the parcel was collected that it did not make it to the correct company, even after i specifically request that i be called to confirm delivery address.
