Make me sit around and wait, then lie about status

According to Ram's own tracking website, my package arrived in Pretoria at 13:10 on Mon 29/06. So it is reasonable to expect that they will deliver within a few hours from that. But no, the package only got dispatched at 08:10 the following day, Tue 30/06. So all of Monday afternoon was wasted waiting for them - nothing in the status update indicated that it was being held for dispatch in Pretoria. Now how long should it take from dispatch in Pretoria to reach me, also in Pretoria ? Apparently close to 8 hours ! That's on top of 19 hours to dispatch. They say they called at 15:50 on Tue 30/06, but that is a lie - no missed calls and security at the gate confirms no entry by Ram this afternoon. We can check the surveillance footage & records of all vehicles entering or exiting. Then at 16:11, they report a failed delivery due to missing access card or permit... uhm, excuse me, THE LAW REQUIRES THAT YOU HAVE YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE WITH YOU WHEN DRIVING and this is the ONLY requirement to get in. So either your driver is lying or he is breaking the law. There is Tuesday also wasted. And now we have to sit and wait all of Wednesday too ? What awful service !
