Ram couriers said they delivered my parcel on 19 Dec 2025. The parcel was signed by KevinKevin as captured by Ram. I don't know Kevin and I stay alone. Was informed y Diandre at Ram customer service that they will investigate and let me know who KevinKevin is. No reference number for call logged- calls are recorded as per Diandre - and no estimated time for this matter to be investigated. Filled the form on their website to call me back - no response !!!!!
