lying to their clients

Im so disappointed about they are service. they were supposed to deliver my order today the 06 of December 2025. while i was at home the whole day i received a call from my friends and 14h01 and at 15h00 which means my phone was on and i have proof of that , i was so shocked to receive whatsapp msg from them that they did not find me at home and my phone was unreachable . i was told that they will re-deliver it on the 10th of December.

why would they lie about something that they did not do. i was not even called to confirm the address.
