Lying Ram drivers
I got the sms and email on the morning of 28 April 2022 stating that my parcel will be delivered that day before 5PM. No delivery. No one from RAM tried to call me and the drivers lie on the tracking site stating "Unsuccessful delivery contact not available". The next day I waited the entire day, again no delivery. Despite there being a little rain around 16:30 (really not much) the drivers state the following on tje tracking site “Unsuccessful delivery: raid closed due to bad weather”. I know for a fact not a single road was closed in Bloemfontein due to rain. Niw I have to wait until Tuesday due to Monday being a public holiday. No help from anyone on their online chat and my fragile package is being carried up and down the streets for who knows how long. Do not use this company!!
