Lying drivers
Bad experience for 2 times. 1st time I was expecting delivery of a new phone- it took them 4 weeks for me to get the parcel-driver **** that he couldnt deliver because there was nobody at home. 2nd time driver didnt bother to look at the delivery address and instead deliver at girlfriend's address with the same surname.
