Lying couriers service

Vodacom contact me with a new cellphone deal and I accept it. They try to courier the new product to my house. First of the arrangement was delivery for 5 o'?lock. No one shows for the delivery for 5 days. I give Vodacom a call to hear what is going on and they tell me RAM try to deliver but no one was home, but they will arrange it for the next day same time. Next day came and gone, no delivery. Call Vodacom again and ask for the paschal tracking number so I can phone myself. Call and they tell me my phone just kept on ringing and could not made the delivery. I tell them its not true and I will make arrangement with a very rude driver for 5 o'clock. Later that day I phone again to make sure he will come at 5, he tells me he were there earlier that day and no one was there, why did I then make arrangements for 5 o'clock. Today will be the 5 time delivery attempt and all ready I'm getting attitude from the phone support. And the paschal all ready shows delivered on their system. This is very disappointing service from a company like RAM, Vodacom should rather use someone else that can deliver.
