LYING AND PATHETIC SERVICES

I will never forget the pathetic service I have received from this courier company. I still sit here without my delivery, a whole FIVE DAYS later. I have not even been contacted by any of the consultants from there.

A delivery was meant to get to me on Monday the 11th of March 2019. I ensured I was home all day so that I could received this item as it is delicate. When 15:00 approached I felt it was time I actually check on the website and it stipulated the delivery was a non delivery and I was called, yet I recieved no phone call. I immediatley called them to find out what was going on. The consultant tried to get a hold of the driver and put us on a 3 way phone call with the driver. Informing me that the package was with the wrong driver and he was not in my area so could not make my delivery and even "Your package is not due to you till tomorrow", what is he suggesting that he was actually doing me a favor anyways. I kept quiet and asked if they went to the wrong area why did they not contact me as I am the one who is contacting them. I was told that the delivery will be made the 12th of March and I again waited. Nothing happened. I checked on the website to find a non delivery AGAIN. At this point I am livid as I am not being contacted by anyone as to what is going on. I use MY OWN AIRTIME to contact them again. I speak to a different consultant who tells me that the PACKAGE WAS NOT OUT FOR DISPATCH TODAY yet on the website it states it is a NON-DELIVERY. He further on goes on to tell me the package has not left their place since its arrival. He says there is no record of call yesterday but its said that 'I SAID THAT IT MUST NOT BE DELIVERED'. I dropped the phone and have been waiting to be consulted and nothing has happened all day.

Honestly this is the most pathetic service I have ever received. Their customer service agents do not know what they would like to tell me, I still do not know what is happening with my package the only thing that ****es me off is that it has a 7 day return policy yet I still do not have it.
