Lost parcel
They do not even deserve a single star. I ordered via bash, got notification that they delivery failed and my parcel ended up being delivered in umtata while i am in Bloemfontein. Made enquiries about it but it was never fixed. I mean its been two weeks. This is time, emotional and time consuming. This is the worst experience since my online shopping. I wonder how come they do not contact me, kanti what is the reason for giving our contacts when you fail to contact us?

01 Dec 2023, 07:38My parcel is not delivered is still not delivered. I got an sms saying i must collect at foschini Bloemfontein but my parcel is not there. On the tracking records it shows that it was delivered in umtata. I call you guys everyday without a solution,everyone i talk to always say they will get back to me but they dont. I know longer have airtime to call you guys everyday. Please bring back my parcel

It almost a week now going back n forth about the order i nolonger have airtime and you never call back. I have spend close to amount of order in airtime now without solution
