Lost parcel
RAM cannot locate my package. The driver delivered it to the wrong address and they can find the person who recieved it. It was supposed to be delivered to a house but instead they say delivered it to a clicks store. The package is not at clicks. They are not calling back to with information on the whereabout of the package. Waiting over 2 weeks now. What a let down. I am so disssapointed and i am still waiting to this day....

As per driver he delivered to clicks , but I have contacted the Hub to send the driver back there to rectify

Is there no log to show who signed for the parcel?
The guy who supposedly recieved it said he doesnt remember? Its a he said she said story.
Please fix this or i want a refund for my parcel either from RAM or Clicks

09 Jan 2024, 12:31I still have not recieved any communication from RAM regarding my parcel. The clicks store in question said there is definetly no parcel that was delivered there.
