Lost package

On the 9th of June 2021 I placed an order on Cult Beauty, a UK based company. Cult's delivery partner is DHL express and DHL's delivery partner is RAM. On the 11/06/21 I received a message that I need to pay duty fees, which I did on the 15/06/21 (tracking number ***). So obviously I tracked on order and by the 18/06/21 status showed that my order is on its way to be. On the 20/06/21 RAM delivered an order to my address but this was mother and I asked the delivery if they had anything for and was informed that my RAM was hijacked the previous day with my order and that DHL will be in contact with me. A couple of days later I received a call from DHL informing me about the incident and the lady informed me that they will be in contact with Cult beauty concerning my order. Two weeks went by an I heard nothing from DHL, so I had to contact them, just to be told that I need to contact Cult beauty in order my my package to be resent. I did so on the 06/07/21 and on 07/07/07 Cult informed that they were in contact with DHL and confirmed that my package was indeed lost and that they have arrange replacement order and on 08/07/21 I received confirmation the replacement has been shipped ( tracking number ***)

Now on the day I called by DHL to inform me about the incident, I was asked if I want a refund or replacement, I said replacement and asked if I will have to pay duty fees again and was informed that I wont. I've received numerous messages about duty taxes that I have to pay and that when contacted DHL about. I gave both tracking numbers, since the two should be linked. On 16/07/21 I was contacted by DHL to inform time that RAM stated that they have already delivered my package on the 10/07/21. Bear in mind, courier companies DO NOT DELIVER ANY PACKAGES ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. I've been given the run around by DHL and RAM since June, every week its a different issue, I even forgot about the order I placed a WHOLE MONTH ago and we're heading for a new month. By the looks of things, I think I might get my package next year this time.
