Lost my parcel

I am very disappointed with ram couriers. My parcel has been stuck in Cape Town since the 1st of November, not sure why it went to Capetown from jhb when I'm in East London. Seems like they've misplaced it because they told me that the warehouse is looking for it. I hope Bash online will stop using them, they are unprofessional. Their customer service keeps telling me that they escalate the issue, nothing more.
