LOOSING PARTS OF PARCELS

This is the only courier company in the entire country who is legally allowed to transport firearms and ammunition. How they were given this title is beyond me! I recently couriered some spare parts for a shotgun to Cape Town with them. The parcel arrived at the Gunsmith and the parcel was broken open with half the parts missing! It's been close on a week now and very little feedback from them, we are still in the dark as to what is being done about this very important matter. These spare parts were from a gun that is almost 100 years old and are hand made and cannot be replaced. There seems to be a total lack of URGANCY in this matter.

Please advise if there is anyone here at the company that you have reported the loss to so that we can escalate the matter to.
