LONG WAIT TO DELIVERY

If there was a zero star rating they deserve it shame. I called the company three times today to ensure that the address was correct from the previous day's non delivery as it was delivered when I was not around . I watched the message coming in this morning to say I will receive my parcel at 8:33am as I sit now I called and they said the "non delivery" at 9:34 was a delayed response and my parcel will be delivered. It's now 3pm, I called Huawei to enquire and I am told that the driver noted he was here , Where,?? I ask because I waited all day at home, I did not go to work just for this parcel. I'm livid with Ram Hand to Hand couriers. I Now I have to avail myself yet again for people who don't bother to call and say they at the gate or they lost. THE NERVE OF THE LADY TO TELL ME THAT DRIVERS DONT ALWAYS HAVE AIRTIME MXM!!!
