Long delivery times
The package was sent on 21 February 2024, but a werk later, 28 February 2024, the package was not delivered yet. When I enquire about the package I was informed that it is to late to deliver the package because they dont deliver after 13:00 anymore. The excuse they gave was that I am not available, which is not true.
