Look it's not that Ram is a bad service but certainly there are issues that need to be addressed..namely their staff! I have parcels delivered every week and they definitely need to be retrained in lockdown protocol because some of them just ignores it ..no mask, no sanitizer or sanitizing the box (1 in 3 drivers only do it, why?) and please 3-4 days delivery from Joburg? Fastway and Aramex does it in 24 hrs!!

Good day.

Please provide to us the tracking number for your parcel so that we can be able to find out what is the service selected for your delivery.

Please also advise of a location and a time of where the courier driver was not complying to the lockdown regulations and our delivery protocols.

Sorry for late reply..I was unable to find the tracking number on previous packages. However I did receive two packages in the last two days.. thankfully both were on time but again issue with lockdown protocol.

Went off perfectly..the delivery person was courteous, friendly, well presented and obeyed all the rules of lockdown. Second delivery...last night https://www.ram.co.za/t/AVON03/AVON03-***9
Well he forgot the sanitizer, his mask was around his chin..ok it was 7pm, a long day but come on...safety first!
