Like I am so not hap...

Like I am so not happy with RAM, how they received my parcel and kept it with them way after the expected day of delivery.. Worse part of all, each and every morning for 3 days they send SMS to state that my parcel is out for delivery only for them to send a unsuccessful delivery message later the day without them even making contact 😡.. I had to call them on day 3 and only then did I receive my parcel... They shouldn't budget with us, if theres one parcel, deliver it... We also work with time frame and 99 percent of the time we pay for the courier charges
