LIFE NOT IMPORTANT

On Tuesday morning 18 June 2019 I received a call from Ram Hand To Hand Couriers for delivery off a handset from EliteMobile to my address. We made an arrangement for delivery for Wednesday 19 June 2019 for between 8AM and 12PM.

That afternoon between 13H00 and 15H00 I received another call from Ram. I was told I live in a HIGH RISK AREA and they don't deliver in the area where I live because they will be HIJACKED. I was told to meet them on 19 June 2019 at the nearby MALL to take delivery of the handset. I REFUSE because the arrangement between me and elitemobile is that the handset will be delivered to my address at my doorstep inside my house.

I must RISK MY LIFE in the HIGH RISK AREA but RAM are not prepared to risk their LIFE'S.

That's totally unacceptable for me.

I cancelled the contract with immediate effect.

Now I struggle with Elite Mobile to cancel the transaction because the local Vodacom Shop cannot assist me because of this item which is pending against my number.
