Lies upon more lies

My story is a simple one, I have a package from Vodacom which is being delivered through this company called RAM Couriers. From the moment the order was placed I was given false information regarding the documents I need to collect my package as well as the time it would take. Two or three days after It was supposed to have arrived I recieve a call from one of the agents who reassured me I would get it the following day and the only two documents required from me would be proof of residence and a Valid form of ID (I was told my Drivers licence would be valid) Skip forward to today, I had stepped out of the office for a while and during this time I missed the courier. Shortly after I arrived back at the office I gave the call centre a call and told them about the issue and they metioned to me that they will call me back once they speak to the driver....An hour later no phone call, So i call again and get the same response. This happened another two times. Eventually at 17:10 the driver pulls through with my package. I show him proof of residence and give him a copy of my Drivers licence but he stills refuses to give me my package under the excuse "That's not a valid proof of ID". This goes back and forth for a while as he gets increasingly rude with me, I ask him to wait while I try and find a copy of my ID and he agrees. Shortly after I begin locating a copy he tells me he just needs to ask his collegue in the car about something, He steps out and drives away as quickly as he could without saying a word. I find this level is disrespect, ***ardice and general dishonesty disgusting. This is the first and last time I will ever deal with these *****ic and useless couriers, they have wasted a lot of time on my end as well as inconviencing me. I would like to file a formal complaint against this driver and expect him to come back here with my package and give me a formal appology.
