Lies upon lies

Was promised a delivery today. Took off Work. Called at 7:30 to confirm the delivery was advised yes they would however the tracking info hasn't updated. Contacted ram back was told a manager either Mullins or Jason would call me back as they were on calls. Turns out Mullins is actually Marlon even though I confirmed with the agent 4 times that the name is Mullins. They didnt.called back was advised that Marlon had spoken to the Cape town branch and that Janrey a manager at the warehouse would ensure my package is delivered before 5pm and that my tracking would change. 3 hours later and no change in the tracking. Called again spike to Kayla who said Marlon would be with me shortly. 25 minutes of holding on and they ended they call. Still no update on the tracking Disgusting. Oh and the best part is called the warehouse and was told than Janrey is sick he went to the doctor. Lies Upon lies and the managers don't even care
