Lies Lies Lies! Poor customer service and more lies!!

I booked a pickup for my important tender doc at 8 AM on Tuesday, but they didn't show up to collect my parcel. I spent the whole day calling them, and they said the driver would call me up by 5 PM on Tuesday. Even though I used my work address and stuck around till 6 PM, no driver in sight. It's Friday now, and still no driver action. I finally told them to cancel my order 'cause it's too late, but they won't budge, keep saying the driver's on the way. No wonder they got bad reviews!
