Lies , lies lies
Ram service is absolutely poor and being taken from pillar to post , I was suppose to receive my parcel today the 17th now I’m being told that I will only receive it the 18th with no clear explanation from their agents. Supervisors are unavailable to take take ‘always busy’,no call backs no communication nothing.

17 Mar 2021, 10:15The change of address was requested on Saturday the 13th on Monday 15 I received a call stating that the change of address has been done and I will receive my parcel on Tuesday , yesterday I was told that today after I called. Your agents advised this I did not thumb suck it .
To blame the delay on Change of address is appalling ,
How is it that it takes 2 days to change a mere address ?
Your service is horrible !!!!

The change of address was swift. It is the re-routing that delayed.
