Lies Lies and More Lies

RAM ARE *********<br> I run a small business and use Ram couriers once every month or two.<br> I always insure my packages with Ram for breakages...<br> <br> In December 2014 they delivered a consignment of boxes to me...<br> Boxes were put in a large pile and I signed for them and they left...<br> Upon moving the boxes to my store room i noticed one was badly damaged!!!<br> I immediately contacted Ram and spoke to Lakita Johannes and sent her pics of the damage...<br> She promised to look into it...<br> <br> Two months later still no movement with my claim of R700<br> I phoned and queried this and within a day was sent a snotty email from someone called Marta, from their legal department nogal... Yay for me as I see a pass the buck story about to appear...<br> <br> Anyway a long story short, Ram refuses to refund me my R700 because they claim I signed for the packages... Duh, how can I not sign when the delivery guys want to leave... Seriously did they expect me to check everything in 2 mins...<br> <br> Anyway, Ram passed the buck for R700 and lost my business too...<br> So a cautionary warning to all...<br> RAM doesnt honour their damages that they caused, even after I took insurance...<br> Rather use Courier It... WAY BETTER...
