Lies and time wasting
Supposed to recieve my parcel between 8am to 5pm yesterday 7 January 2019. I took a day off from work when i got their sms.. NOTHING ARRIVED.. After Several calls today 8 January they promised it will be here by 1pm.. so i took another day off work.. its 4:30pm now and nothing arrived!! .the people in the call centre are very rude and sounded like they on drugs. I specific guy Name Jeffrey was the most rude person.
Unacceptable service from you guys.. please people rather use aramex instead of RAM.
