Lies and not delivering to correct address

I would like to start off, firstly they cannot seem to get my delivery address correct. I phoned yesterday to update my delivery address and then again this morning to confirm and low and be hold they deliver to the incorrect address again. I then get a phone call from one of the customer service agents telling me he is unable to deliver yesterday or today due to the fact that there was an attempted high jacking on the vehicle. Funny though cause my wife was at home and saw the package that was due to be delivered. What a dishonest company. I will never send anything via them and i will recommend to all friends and colleagues not to either
