Lies and non delivery

They collected my order on Friday the 2 May 2025 from Dischem and the delivery was due on the 5 May 2025 but on the day they said their driver couldn’t make it on time and will deliver the following day. The following day delivery was not done and when I enquired they will deliver the following day which is the 7 May 2025 and when I contacted them on the 7th they didn’t give a delivery date or any response they dismissed me. When i called Dischem they did assist either.
