Lies about not being able to deliver
I was suppose to receive a delivery from Dischem for which I paid R150 for today. I have been waiting all day and I know RAM usually arrives well after 6pm. I just received a message saying I was not at home and there is no number to contact me for this delivery. This is a bunch of lies... How do I know..? Well I work from home and RAM definitely did not attempt ANY delivery. I suggest you ask your driver why they are lying.... I opted for the delivery to be attempted again and now it's giving me dates for end of next week?????? I paid for 3 to 5 delivery days. Why must I wait for the delivery because RAM is not able to provide the service.? If I don't get this delivery by Friday you can send it back to Dischem and I will ask a refund from Dischem and you can explain to them why you are so useless.
