Ram has developed a tendency of lying, if they see that they at not going to make your delivery on the promised day they just update on their system that " they couldn't get hold of the customer" which is a blatant lie as I received no missed calls from them and I've been home the whole day waiting for this delivery, this is the 4th delivery in a space of 3 months and same thing happens
