**** about Delivery

The **** and said they came to my gate to deliver. No one ever came. The bell at the gate did not ring nor was there anyone at the gate. They also claim they tried to called, that isn't true. The phone rang once and was hung up. My attempts to call back the number were futile. It's one thing to make empty promises, but it's another when poor service is blamed on a customer. I have never had such problems with any other courier service, it's ridiculous.
