Lie Lie and more lies, pathetic service

Shoddy service, emails go unanswered and the updates on the delivery are lies. I have sent email after email trying to fix a mistake on the delivery address to no avail. i have transcripts of a chat between myself and a rep that has yielded no results as she stopped chatting abruptly. dissatisfied is an understatement!
