***** and horrible service

I was told that my mothers parcel was going to be delivered today. I went onto the tracking website and was told that there was no one at home, and that there was not a contact number. This is horrible service as I was home 24/7 (due to the lockdown). Tried calling the call centre and was on hold for 25 min.... SHOCKING
