Placed an order with Rain on 30.01.2021, it's been a struggle to get it as they apparently had issues with their website.

Anyway, this morning I received a SMS that my parcel is out for delivery today because it's supposed to be delivered to my place of work, I decided to go to the SMS and track my parcel, to my shock it says at 10:23, "quote" outgoing call - Follow up consignment Query - client send courier back with delivery

I called the call centre, spoke to a gentle by the name of Christopher and he confirmed that it says I supposedly sent my parcel that I have been waiting for since 30.01.2021, he put me on hold but it got cut off. I then received a call from *** a few minutes later, I do not recall that guy's name. He asked for my delivery address. I then asked why they are lying on their tack my parcel that they were here and I sent them back? He was just mumbling and now I have to wait another day if they will pitch
