Good day

I got an sms from RAM on Friday morning at around 7:30 to inform me that my consignment will be delivered the same day.

At around 16:20 I called their call center to enquire about how far the delivery is and I was informed that there was a failed delivery attemp today,

Apparently driver claims to have attempted to make the delivery and I was unavailable. This is a blatant lie because I was home the whole day with my phone on loud, no one called to tell me that they are outside and the security at the complex says that there were no drivers from Ram

Furthermore, no one from RAM tried to contact me including the driver, I am the one who had to call in and ask about my delivery.

I spent the whole day waiting for my consignment and as a result had to cancel other plans unnecessarily.

I really wish that companies (in my case it was Rain Mobile) would give us the option to choose our own courier company, Ram would be the very last I choose!

What ****es me off is the lie their driver told, ****** *****!!!
