They are *****. Yesterday they attempted to deliver a parcel (RAIN02-***5) to my house and only to find that I am at work. They called to say they will deliver it the next day. The next day I called to enquire why the parcel is not delivered as per agreement and I was told the parcel will not be delivered. No one bothered to call to inform me that there has been changes. This is ridiculous. I hope businesses never use them ever

30 Jul 2020, 15:14I am getting annoyed every minute I have to deal with Ram. I spend lots of minutes calling and somehow the calls get terminated after I am told to hold for endless minutes. The status of my parcel indicates non delivery today when no one delivered let alone contact me. I’m livid with Ram non existence pathetic service. Kwena was to transfer me to her supervisor but she decided to terminate the call. This is ridiculous
