**** **** delivery service!!

So for the 4th time and probably about 50 phone calls later I still dont have my package from FNB. I actually cant believe a leading bank uses sich a terrible, useless, lying and *********** courier service. I will escalate this as far as possible. Your delivery times clearly state 9:00am - 17:00 yet your drivers are constantly trying to deliver after 17:00 ... no confirmation call from the driver nor an update saying he will be late. Just expect people to sit around and wait for them and wait for their packages !!! I hope FNB sacks you as thier courier...
