Left with my parcel with no update!!

They came to my house to deliver, and I told them I need 5min and I'll be in the house.. Guess what?? The driver left with my parcel I tried to call back the number and she never picked up and there's no update on my parcel on what is going to happen..

Ram is a very useless courier company, I do not understand why corporates still use them!!!

Please note our couriers will come and make delivery of your parcel today again, we cannot leave your device with anyone for security reason as should anything happen we will be held liable that is why couriers could not leave your parcel yesterday.
